Building a business is tough. Without specific goals and direction, keeping teams focused is almost impossible. Furthermore, employees that lack direction or don’t understand their company’s direction can become disenfranchised. Company goals can range from revenue targets or larger statements such as being the number one IoT company in the world. My point is that organizations must be completely transparent and share corporate goals with all employees — from co-op students through to senior leaders.
Face works closely with companies to help define and develop these important benchmarks. These goals become the foundation for our work in aligning organizations and getting all employees objectives focused. This first step is seemingly simple — but it must be thought through as it can have massive implications for your businesses, employees, retention and culture.
